Thank you for visiting Unix Softech. Together with these Terms of Service are a contractual Agreement between Unix Softech and our users, so please read them carefully before accessing or using Software.
This Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions which govern your subscription of Online / Offline Software Development Website Design and other web services provided by Unix Softech. You acknowledge that you have read the agreement and you agree to its terms and conditions and all policy posted on the Unix Softech site. As referred to in this Agreement, “Site” refers to a World Wide Web site and “Unix Softech” refers to the Site located at the URL www.unixsoftech.com or any other successor sites owned or maintained by Unix Softech.The following terms and conditions apply to all website development / design services provided by Unix Softech to the Client. Charges
1. Unix Softech provide Quotation as through E-mail . Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days. We reserves the right to alter or decline to provide a quotation after expiry of the 30 days.
2. Unless agreed otherwise with the Client, all website design services require an advance payment of a minimum of 50 % of the project quotation total before the work is supplied to the Client for review. The remaining 50 % of the project quotation total due upon completion of the work, prior to upload to the server or release of materials.
3. Per Year 30 % Annual Maintance Charges of Final Bill Amount.
Payment
Invoices will be provided by Unix Softech upon completion but before publishing the live application.
Invoices are normally sent via email; however, the Client may choose to receive hard copy invoices. Invoices are due upon receipt.
